The working language of the workshop is English. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a pdf or postscript version of the full paper by e-mail to:

If e-mail submission is not possible, sending five hard copies of the full paper is also acceptable. Additionally, an abstract of up to 150 words must also be sent, to the same e-mail address.
Submissions should be formatted as follows: First page: title, authors, mailing and e-mail addresses, phone and fax numbers and preferred workshop topic. Second and succeeding pages: Paper manuscript limited to 20 pages (at least 1-˝ spaced, in a font no smaller than 11-point).
A special Work in Progress (WIP) session will be organized. This session is mainly intended for presentation of on-going work. Accepted papers will not be included in the workshop proceedings, instead they will be published through the WWW and in specific WIP proceedings. Submissions in the above areas should be sent in the IEEE double column format (not exceeding 4 pages) by e-mail to one of the WIP Session Co-Chairmen: Luís Almeida (lda@det.ua.pt) or Thilo Sauter (sauter@ict.tuwien.ac.at).
Paper Acceptance: Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by the registration form and also by a proof of the registration fee payment. All conference attendees, including authors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee, and their travel expenses.
