Viktor Schiffer, Rockwell, Germany

Viktor Schiffer, born in 1949, earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in electrical engineering from RWTH (Technical University) Aachen/Germany in 1974 and an MSc in electronic instrumentation from the University College of Wales in Swansea/UK in 1975. He worked for Wandel & Goltermann and Quante before joining Rockwell Automation in 1986. He heads the German group of the European Design Center (EDC).
