An overview over voice and data alarm systems, connected to industrial SCADA applications. In many applications, factory communications networks, can be integrated in larger controls systems. When real time control is not required, one single terminal can control several plants.
The presentation will focus the industry requirements in future, for data and voice communications using the emerging technologies
