The mechanical system has 3 roller belts.

Parts can be distributed to 4 different buffers using 2 pneumatic "kickers" and 2 swivel arms.

There are two robotic arms than unload automatically the buffers in two AGVs.

Parts are fed into the system from a vertical buffer.

Video cameras are used to identify parts and to locate the buffer on the non-line-guided AGV.
