This is an application developed to be used in the computers that are on top of the AGVs. Those computers have webcams filming the way ahead of the AGV. This application takes snapshots from the webcam and send them in JPG format to the applicattion Image Center in PC1 (using a TCP connection) at an given rate (generally 1 snapshot every 3 sec).
