and mail or fax the filled-in form to the conference local chair (the fax number and address are in the form).

Your registration will be confirmed when the payment has been processed.

Conference Registration Fee:

The registration fee for the three days of the techical program (June 6th - June 8th) includes one copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, reception on Tuesday June 6th evening and banquet on Wednesday 7th evening.

The registration fee for a single day of the techical program includes one copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, and lunch for the day of the registration.

Tutorial Registration Fee:

The fee is per tutorial, including tutorial notes and coffee breaks. Lunches are only included when registered for a full day tutorial or two half day tutorials on the same day.

Please Note: Cancellations must be given in writing. A cancellation fee of 120 € will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the 22nd of May. Substitutions will be accepted. To save on administrative costs and postage, receipts will be given out at the conference.
